Deployment of support mechanisms for employment and the development of VSEs and SMEs at the local level in response to the closure of a logistics facility by a major group in the food industry. These underlying operations are helping to “revitalize” an area affected by the restructuring of large groups by offering several tiers of financial and technical assistance for companies during the development and recruitment phase.
Operations conducted
- Introduction of underlying actions according to the specifics of the given territory, its ecosystem, key sectors and geographic location
- Targeting based on specialized databases and field feedback for companies under development with the intention to hire employees
- Pre-qualification of contacts – decision-makers from local companies and a direct approach to selected companies through a number of prospecting channels
- Analysis of companies and their development plans in order to support projects that create value and employment in the territory
- Close collaboration with the local Prefecture, the Chambers of Commerce and Industry, economic development services and the client in order to check the eligibility of companies for support measures
- Presentation to local public authorities of projects and recommendations to support these companies and so validate aid measures.
