A re-industrialization assignment and project-finding mission for an industrial and logistics site which was being closed down. The Terazem team introduced an economic intelligence approach and a prospecting campaign targeting specific companies that resulted in the identification of a takeover project within 4 months. The identified buyer is a fast-growing regional company that has taken over the site in order to roll out a development project in the computer destocking sector, recruiting 10 new posts within 2 years.
