An international and multi-sector prospecting assignment designed to identify developing sectors and companies with prospects of setting up in France. The integration prospects presented to project bringers included an operational building of a major tire manufacturer and several business parks with available land and buildings. The Terazem team earmarked several projects to take over the site with the retention of a section of site employees, and forwarded several qualified contacts having plans to develop and/or set in France in the engagement region.
Operations conducted
- Evaluation of the potential for business redeployment on the site combined with an analysis of the outlooks for relocating to this particular region
- Targeting of local, regional and national companies from specialized databases, and the pre-qualification of contacts – corporate decision-makers
- Production of promotional documents for the site, highlighting the environment, site assets, employee skills and the site’s layout
- Direct approach to the selected companies through different prospecting channels to maximize the likelihood of finding projects to take over and relocate to the site
- Close collaboration with the regional promotion agency and conurbation community to maximize the prospects of finding solutions
- Analysis and follow-up of identified projects and hand-over of qualified project files presenting the project, precise specifications and time-line.
