Assignment to support an innovative SME in its development in Europe and in the selection of a location for a new facility. The Terazem team conducted a two-phased support scheme to analyze the markets of three European countries and to identify several prospects for relocation to the selected geographic area.
Operations conducted
- A market mapping scheme to help pinpoint growth drivers and so guide the thought process concerning the customer targets we needed to approach
- Targeting of clients – partners – development facilitators from specialized databases and the Terazem network
- Pre-qualification of contacts and a direct approach to selected companies to promote the company’s solutions and measure the degree of interest
- Building of a matrix to cross-reference criteria and so facilitate the identification of the relocation area meeting the project’s specifications
- Close collaboration with economic development players in France and Terazem partners abroad
- Support for the completion of the relocation project and connection with key territorial partners.
